KRISTINE GREEN, President of Sales

I am a Cincinnati native and grew up in a successful family business of 35 years. I started my first business at 22 and I have been investing, managing or working in real estate for 25+ years. I became a licensed Realtor in 2007 and have been successfully serving families and businesses since. In 2007 I obtained the Rookie of the Year award and later in my career the Presidents Club, Circle of Excellence, as well as several luxury designations all based on sales performance.

My educational back-round and work experience is in multi-media production, sales, marketing and real estate. The connections I've gained in media have allowed me to be involved in productions for the Cincinnati Arts Association, The Cincinnati Zoo, Clear Channel and Channel WB64. I have been able to successfully combine this marketing experience into my real estate business to better serve my real estate clients. My niche has become the go to agent for properties that other agents couldn't sell. I am detail oriented and enjoy the challenge of creating personalized marketing plans and staying until the job is complete. I was the first licensed agent in Ohio to get an FAA license for aerial video production to better showcase my clients businesses and homes. I continue to educate myself and collaborate with some of the best in these industries.

DANIEL LOMMER, Vice President of Commercial Sales

 

Daniel Lommer is a licensed sales agent in the state of Ohio and has been in the real estate market since 2009 as a buyer and seller, investor and owner operator of multi-family and commercial properties. He owns and operates 13 properties with a mix of 65 multi-family and commercial office/retail units. Daniel is exceptionally well-respected in Cincinnati / Dayton area, not only for his unparalleled professional track record and high ethical standards, but for being honest, hard-working and who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients’ success. He has crafted his skillset with using exceptional attention to detail in tough negotiations, knowledgeable analysis of property values, and market trends. This experience has provided him with the tools needed to service all facets of his clients’ real estate needs.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Daniel worked in executive management as the CEO for a private surgical hospital for over 16 years. He has experience in preparing and passing accreditation surveys with JCAHO (Joint Commission) and HFAP (Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program) relating to Quality, Infection Control, Pharmacy Management Services, Anesthesia, OR and materials management. Daniel also has experience in problem solving with building mechanicals, environmental, operating room HEPA filter air flow, medical office space, marketing strategies for hospital practices, physician practices and imaging services.

Daniel’s diverse experience gained as a CEO to a hospital, brings a unique perspective and skill set to what he can offer his clients in real estate. As an experienced investor in commercial real estate, office space, retail, and multi-family properties, his experience, passion, dedication, and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to Coldwell Banker Realty.
