“As a brand, as real estate professionals and as people – we have the power, and responsibility, to build a future where all people have equal access to and opportunities for housing, no matter their race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or ethnic background. Coldwell Banker is a leader in our industry, and with leadership comes responsibility. It is important that we do not treat this as a moment, but as a movement. We do not need to wait for society to change; we need to commit to actions now to be the force behind that change.”

-M. Ryan Gorman, CEO Coldwell Banker Real Estate

In 2021 we have recognized Poverty Awareness Month in January, Black History Month in February, and Women’s History Month in March.

We bring in guest speakers from the real estate industry and community organizations related to each month’s focus area and share ways that agents can use those resources in their business while also supporting the community and making home ownership a reality for more people.

At Brokerage, we are committed to exemplifying the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of our dealings with the public. Promoting equal real estate opportunities is a top priority at our Company, and we embrace the philosophy that all property seekers are entitled to receive equal professional service so that they may enjoy a neighborhood of their choice. Accordingly, it is our policy to list, show, rent, and/or sell property on an equal opportunity basis, without regard to race, color, religion, gender (sex), disability (handicap), familial status, national origin, or other state and local protections, including without limitation military status, sexual orientation, and gender identity, and to affirmatively take steps to further fair housing and anti-discrimination in all of the communities that we serve in compliance with federal, state and local fair housing and anti-discrimination laws.
