Communities I Serve in Greater Cincinnati

Greater Cincinnati, Ohio • Community Guides • Butler, Warren, Hamilton & Clermont Counties

The Short Answer

I work across Butler, Warren, Hamilton and Clermont counties in Greater Cincinnati. Each community guide below covers homes and housing stock, parks and connectivity, shopping and dining, and the official sources you can use to check the details yourself.

I put these guides together because the questions I get most often aren’t really about listings — they’re about place. What does the housing stock actually look like in Liberty Township? How far is the drive from Maineville to downtown? What are the lot sizes and price ranges in West Chester Township?

Every page below answers those questions with published, sourced information and points you to the official source for anything worth checking twice. I don’t rank or compare communities — that’s a fair housing obligation. Deciding what matters to you, and researching it, is yours to do. My job is to know the housing and handle the transaction.

Some of these communities span more than one county. The groupings below reflect the primary county for each.

Butler County

The I-75 corridor north of Cincinnati, including my home base in West Chester Township.

Warren County

The I-71 corridor northeast of Cincinnati, from Mason and Deerfield Township up through Lebanon and Springboro.

Hamilton County

The City of Cincinnati and the surrounding villages, cities and townships.

Clermont County and the Little Miami Corridor

East of Cincinnati along the Little Miami River. Both of these communities cross county lines.

How to use these guides

Start with the community you’re considering and read the housing and connectivity sections — those tell you the most about day-to-day life. Then use the official links on each page to check anything that changes over time, like tax rates and current listings.
